WE NEED YOUR HELP!

The State of Maryland is currently considering very postive legislation that will help all craft beer breweries in the State. Allowing the ability to offer 6 pks of 12 oz. bottles of OUR BEER. The opprotunity to expand to multiple location and the important aspect of being able to distribute 20% of our allowable production directly to other retail locations.

This issue has been going back and forth for years.

So this year all we are asking for is the same opprotunity that the wineries were provided by our State Legislators.

Below are 2 letters of support, 1 for the Senate Bill 957 and Hose Bill 1127 along with the committee members’ name and e-mail addresses that will be hearing these bills. PLEASE use these samples or create your own and send them via e-mail to each and every one of them.

Remember we can not change the laws without your support.

The Class 7 Breweries have an opportunity to experience the growth as did the Maryland Wineries when the State Legislators passed similar legislation. I believe supporting Senate Bill 957 will help provide jobs to the brewing industry and foster growth in Maryland tourism.

As a consumer of craft beers, I am very excited for the possibility to experience many of the Maryland Produce beers at our local restaurants and other venues. The chance to be able to bring home a six pack of our locally brewed beers to consume at my leisure is also another reason I am asking for your support. Providing Marylanders with a choice of Maryland Produce products will help this industry.
