The Folks in Annapolis are at it again. “The Lorraine Sheehan Health & Commuinty Services Act of 2010″ which sounds good & promising is nothing but a Tax Increase on you & I. This Act will increase taxes on Alcohol 1,289.0%, actaully 1,288.89%. They might promote this as only a dime a drink but when it gets to you and I it will be 1,289.% increase.
