Upon first taste a slight lager yeast fruit ester which quickly diminishes into a cerial grain toastiness that finishes dry and clean with a slight hop tang right at the end with no after taste.

Annapolis Rocks Pale Ale – Pours a pale straw golden with a moderate white head. A bright, crisp aroma of floral, pine, and citrus accompanied by a malt backbone. At first taste good hop bitterness presence that turns to slightly bready malt sweetness that finishes dry and clean with hop flavor that lingers letting you know you just drank a great pale ale.

Big Ben Nut Brown – Pours a light burnt sienna with moderate white head. The aroma is nutty, and upon tasting you are greeted with nutty and toasted malt sweetness that quickly changes into a slightly spicy hop crispness and a very slight coffee like astringency. Light bodied this ale finishes clean and slightly bready.

ESB – Pours a brilliant copper with golden highlights and a moderate cream colored head. The aroma is of candy like sweetness, floral, and slight caramel malt depth. A taste reveals a bright hop character. Floral and caramel quickly give way to mild malt backbone, which becomes a lasting hop resin flavor begging for another sip. The ESB brings even more depth as your palate adjusts.

Dry Irish Oatmeal Stout - Pours Black with dark ruby highlights and a fluffy toffee colored head. The aroma is of roasted grains, coffee, and slight dark caramel sweetness. The first taste is caramel that quickly changes to coffee and roasted malt astringency. This is balanced by the velvet sweetness of the oats and finishes dry with a slight bite from the hops.
