Pan Roasted Diver Scallops

Coated with sea salt and cracked pepper and accompanied by pancetta bacon in a brandy cream sauce.

Fresh Hand Cut swordfish steak dusted with flour and pan seared. Accompanied by roasted broccoli, mashed potatoes and rosemary thyme demi.

Turkey and Ham Club

Chicken Ranch Salad
